Price A Client Pays For Entertainment Is Directly
Proportional To The Quality They Receive Which Is
Directly Proportional To The Success Of Their Event.
Disc Jockey rates vary based on talent,
experience, emcee ability, service, coordination,
equipment needed, music knowledge, mixing ability
and personality. Rates for the DJ
industry vary greatly, ranging from $350.00 to $3,500.00
with an average of $1,000.00 for a 4 hour
booking. The best price is not always the
best deal, especially if you are planning a wedding.
As a matter of fact, surveys conclude that nearly
100% of brides would have spent more money on their
entertainment and made it their #1 priority in hindsight.
A full-service disc jockey company will normally
invest 12 to 30 hours to your special event
but it may appear that you are only paying
for "4 hours". Consultations, music purchasing
& editing, preparation, set-up and tear-down,
education and other business related endeavors add
up to the overall success of your special occasion.

been set up for common events.
This package pricing sheet is available by contacting
us directly.
Pricing
is based on length of time, extent of our service,
location, and the amount of responsibility we will
take on in running and creating your party. Wedding
packages are priced with the idea that we are Planning,
Coordinating and acting as your Master Of Ceremonies.
BEAMIN’ SOUNDS Entertainment will provide all of your
music, be your entertainment,
and offer creative ideas and suggestion to help personalize
your party!!
Until we know what your needs are, or what level of
service your event may require, it would be hard for
us to quote you a price. This is also why it is important
for us to have that no obligation meeting to discuss
your plans and be able to put a package together that
will fit your needs.
A $100.00 minimum deposit is required at the time
we sign the contract. Up to 25% of the over all contracted
price is required for events over $500.00. You will
meet personally with owner Brent Powley to set up
the contract. Pricing starts out at $250.00 on the
our basic DJ package.
Audio / Visual service is available for any event
at any location. It can be added to your entertainment
package for a discounted rate.
Pricing for events at The Red Mill Banquet & Conference
Center by The Red Mill Inn are less for the fact we
are using our in-house system. The in-house system
is available for rent to other DJ services with insurance
and a signed rental contract is required with BEAMIN’
SOUNDS Entertainment. Rental fee will be waved only
for members of the Western New York Mobile Entertainers
Alliance.
Audio and or Video services can be used with your
DJ packages, or used separately for corporate functions.
Corporate functions at The Red Mill B & CC are
less for the fact we are using our in-house system.
